Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the artwork has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us at support@digibix.in.
- Damaged Goods: Since we deal in unique artworks, returns are generally only accepted if the item arrives damaged. You must provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and artwork within 48 hours of delivery.
- Authenticity: If a product is proven to be significantly different from its description, a return may be initiated.
- Process: Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after we receive the artwork back in its original condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-commissioned artworks or items sold during a “Clearance Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable
